- Monitor and optimize system performance with Prometheus/Grafana
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles with cloud platforms
- Expertise in infrastructure automation and IaC tools
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Certification in AWS/Azure/GCP or Kubernetes
- Experience with federal compliance frameworks (FedRAMP)
- Proven track record of reducing deployment cycles by 40%+
