Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns targeting Miami-Dade and Broward counties
- Lead SEO/SEM strategies to achieve top 3 rankings for local service keywords
- Manage $500K+ annual advertising budget across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram
- Analyze consumer behavior data using Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics
- Collaborate with sales team to develop localized lead generation funnels
- Mentor junior marketing specialists on digital best practices and tools
- Report on ROI and KPIs to executive stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years digital marketing experience with 2+ years managing teams
- Proven success in local SEO and hyper-targeted geo-marketing campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of Miami's diverse consumer demographics and behaviors
- Certified in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot Marketing
