Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns
- Lead a team of 3-5 marketing specialists and drive performance through data-driven decisions
- Manage $500K+ annual digital advertising budget with ROI-focused optimization
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Implement marketing automation workflows using HubSpot and Marketo platforms
- Present quarterly performance reports to C-suite executives with actionable insights
Qualifications
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience with 3+ years in team leadership
- Proven track record of managing $500K+ advertising budgets
- Expertise in SEO/SEM tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4)
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot preferred
