Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Lead a team of 5 marketing specialists with quarterly performance reviews
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Manage $2M+ annual marketing budget with ROI optimization
- Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with revenue goals
- Present quarterly performance reports to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent experience
- 8+ years progressive marketing experience with 3+ in leadership
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM systems
- Certification in Google Ads or HubSpot Marketing preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
