- Architect the 2026 Vision: Develop a comprehensive, long-term strategic roadmap that aligns with the company's mission and market opportunities.
- Trend Analysis & Foresight: Monitor global technological and economic shifts to predict future market needs and competitive landscapes.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic initiatives to C-suite executives and board members, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
- Resource Allocation: Guide the allocation of R&D and capital resources towards high-impact initiatives for the 2026 horizon.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry players to accelerate innovation.
- Agile Execution: Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable operational plans that teams can execute effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or technology leadership roles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think critically about the future and translate abstract concepts into concrete business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing applications.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading high-performance teams and driving organizational change.
