Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable microservices architecture for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead the migration of legacy monolithic systems to cloud-native Kubernetes environments.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to integrate machine learning models into real-time applications.
- Optimize system performance, latency, and throughput for global scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers, conducting code reviews and establishing technical best practices.
- Ensure high availability and security compliance across all project deliverables.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in backend software engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Deep experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, message queues, and event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tooling (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
