Responsibilities
- Architect & Implement: Design and develop responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure fast load times and smooth interactions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and stability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for features, APIs, and architecture decisions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less).
- Frameworks: Strong experience with at least one major JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and build tools (Webpack, Gulp, or npm).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
