Responsibilities
- Lead development of responsive React/Next.js applications for enterprise clients
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize frontend performance and implement accessibility best practices
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect interfaces
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services with robust error handling
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and automated testing workflows
- Present technical solutions to stakeholders and product teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern React ecosystem
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/Sass, and responsive design principles
- Experience with state management (Redux, Context API) and testing frameworks
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques
- Familiarity with AWS services and serverless architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
