Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement scalable frontend architectures using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to integrate designs and APIs effectively.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Tech Stack: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, contributing to the evolution of our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with React.js or Vue.js.
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and state management libraries.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
