Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement high-performance, responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code; conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to elevate team standards.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences across all devices and browsers.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces.
- Technical Leadership: Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices, integrating them into our tech stack to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional frontend development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and a strong command of at least one major framework (React.js preferred).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
