Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will lead the frontend architecture, mentor junior developers, and work closely with product managers to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into high-quality, pixel-perfect code.
- Optimize application performance for speed and scalability across all devices.
- Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure seamless backend communication.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Debug complex issues and implement robust solutions in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Frontend Development (React is required).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/Sass.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
