Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Build and maintain high-quality, responsive, and accessible front-end user interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the technical roadmap and best practices.
- Testing: Implement rigorous unit and integration testing to ensure code stability and reduce bugs in production.
- Continuous Integration: Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes to enhance delivery efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Frameworks: Strong command of React.js or Angular with a deep understanding of component lifecycle and state management.
- Tools: Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) and version control (Git).
