Responsibilities

- Optimize database performance and ensure application security and responsiveness.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
