Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of robust, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement high-performance solutions to ensure 99.9% uptime and responsiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- System Integration: Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to expand system capabilities.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex technical issues and troubleshoot production incidents with urgency and precision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js or Python.
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote and hybrid team environment.
