Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Optimize database queries and improve application performance and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue).
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
