Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centric features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO performance.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure project alignment and delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Extensive experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular for front-end development.
- Expertise in Node.js or Python for backend development and RESTful API design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
