Responsibilities

- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including database tuning and API performance tuning.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust, long-term solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Deep understanding of software architecture patterns (MVC, Microservices) and design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
