Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS.
- Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior and senior developers alike.
- Architect robust backend APIs and optimize database performance for maximum speed.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor team members on best practices, coding standards, and modern development methodologies.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues in production environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
