Responsibilities

- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to team best practices.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in React, Vue, or Angular frameworks.
- Backend: Solid understanding of Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
