Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement full-stack web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas for performance and scalability (SQL/NoSQL).
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application stability and security.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers within the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
