Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and ensure seamless integration.
- Optimization: Perform code reviews, debug issues, and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical training, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and security.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and oversee the deployment of applications to cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React, Vue.js, or Angular, with deep understanding of state management and responsive design.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python (Django/FastAPI).
- Database: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
