About the Role:
As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web applications that meet our clients' business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- API Integration: Design and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services seamlessly.
- Database Management: Optimize database queries and structure data models for performance and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, SQL, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a focus on finding efficient solutions.
