Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on best practices, testing, and code reviews.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security while ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the team.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical strategy and roadmap planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React or Vue.js for frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js or Python for backend development.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
