Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards within the team.
- Testing: Implement rigorous unit and integration testing to ensure software quality and stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.

- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python/Django, and RESTful API design.
