Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Lead agile development sprints and conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to optimize user experience across platforms
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot complex system integrations
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology stack evolution
- Partner with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience with React and Node.js
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern testing frameworks
