Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-level web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices for coding and documentation.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend platform functionality.
- Debug complex issues and implement robust fixes with minimal downtime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with front-end libraries (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Proficiency in backend technologies (Node.js, Express, or Python).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
