Responsibilities

- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain high code quality.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure applications run efficiently and deliver a seamless user experience.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and deploy applications on AWS or Azure, ensuring reliability and security.
- Testing: Implement automated testing strategies to guarantee robustness across the software lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
