Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement scalable, high-quality front-end and back-end web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure fast load times and seamless user interactions.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to guarantee system stability and reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and assist in the deployment of applications to cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
