About the Role:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features that exceed user expectations.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable web and mobile applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices and adherence to security standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions on time.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, provide technical mentorship, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement innovative solutions to overcome technical debt.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Backend: Strong experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend languages (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Database: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
