Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into high-quality, pixel-perfect code.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to foster team growth.
- Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to ensure our stack remains cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in Full Stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Strong backend skills with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
