Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality front-end and back-end web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Maintain and improve the performance, scalability, and security of existing applications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify technical risks and propose solutions to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong proficiency in Node.js or Python for backend development.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
