Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews and implementing best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Analyze and improve application performance, including load times and responsiveness.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
- Testing: Implement rigorous unit and integration testing strategies to ensure system stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong expertise in Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
