The Role:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and deployment of our flagship SaaS products. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to ensure our applications are robust, secure, and user-centric.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentorship: Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance to junior developers, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal application speed and responsiveness.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and assist in the deployment of updates to production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap).
- Backend: Expert knowledge of Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
