As a key member of our engineering squad, you will lead the development of scalable web applications, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver world-class software solutions. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end and back-end applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to our tech stack.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in React (Frontend) and Node.js or Express (Backend).
- Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools (Sequelize, TypeORM).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical initiatives.
