Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Architecture: Design and implement robust system architectures that ensure security, scalability, and performance.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance to enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js or Python.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
