What You'll Do:
- Development: Lead the design and implementation of full-stack features using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and best practices.
- Optimization: Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across all platforms.
- Agile Workflow: actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
