Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage and resolve IT service tickets within SLA requirements
- Deploy and maintain desktop/laptop systems across 100+ users
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability patching
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Support cloud migration projects (Azure/AWS experience preferred)
- Lead system upgrades and maintenance during off-hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration (2016/2019)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Active Directory and Office 365
- Experience with service desk tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required
