Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and product managers, to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to ensure code quality.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and bugs to ensure optimal application performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Proficiency in back-end technologies: Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
