Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-availability web applications on the weekend.
- Perform code reviews and architecture planning for new feature implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues outside of standard business hours.

- Optimize application performance and ensure database integrity during maintenance windows.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development (React, Node.js, or similar).
