Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud services.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance application speed and user experience.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
- Tools: Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
