Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers to ensure high standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define product requirements and deliver features.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability across all platforms.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture planning, implementation, and post-launch support.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to ensure our tech stack remains industry-leading.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative Agile environment.
