Responsibilities
- Lead development of scalable microservices using Node.js, React, and AWS
- Architect cloud-native solutions with Kubernetes and Terraform
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.9% uptime and sub-2min deployments
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Implement automated testing strategies achieving 95%+ code coverage
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with React/Node.js
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven track record of mentoring junior developers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex full-stack projects
- Experience with fintech or high-transaction systems preferred
