Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to build robust, scalable web applications that serve our diverse client base.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring high standards of software quality.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
