Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Architect and implement scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- API Development: Design and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and high uptime.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver features on time.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Backend: Solid experience with Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Database: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Cassandra).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
