Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Technical Leadership: Lead code reviews, define coding standards, and mentor junior developers to ensure technical excellence.
- Product Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance and proactively identify bottlenecks to ensure 99.9% uptime and speed.
- DevOps Integration: Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerization strategies (Docker, Kubernetes) to streamline deployment processes.
- Security Implementation: Enforce security best practices and conduct vulnerability assessments to protect sensitive data.
- Documentation: Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for architecture, APIs, and deployment procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in full-stack environments.
- Frontend Mastery: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Backend Expertise: Strong experience with Node.js, RESTful APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Agile Mindset: Proven ability to thrive in Agile/Scrum methodologies and adapt to fast-paced sprints.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative spirit.
