Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and optimize application performance for speed and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure all code is secure, testable, and adheres to company coding standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development (React, Node.js, or Python preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and RESTful API design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
