Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on best practices and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Express, or Django).
- Familiarity with relational databases (SQL) and ORM tools (Sequelize, TypeORM).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
