Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-quality web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and high availability across all platforms.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and implement best practices for security, data integrity, and code maintainability.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and cloud services (AWS or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
