Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and security protocols
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across enterprise systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with minimal downtime
- Document IT processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct regular training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support or systems administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMWare
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and ITIL frameworks
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
