The Role
In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our core products. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant, scalable code. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Backend, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across all devices.
- Participate in architectural decision-making and system design discussions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and debug code efficiently in production environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular.
- Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Expertise in relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
